Hats and Gloves for the Food Bank

The Williamsburg Area Foodbank is collecting new or gently used hats and gloves (or mittens) for families who need a little extra help this year. We're decorating our Christmas tree with donations that will be given to the food bank before Christmas.

Homework Help Program

We're continuing to offer our homework help program in conjunction with Juniata College, Operation Our Town, and the Williamsburg Community School District. We will have a Thanksgiving break (no sessions) on November 21, 23, and 28. Tutoring will resume on November 30 and continue on Monday and Wednesdays through December 7. For more info, call the library.

We have resources like "The Wall Street Journal Complete Small Business Guidebook", "Start and Run A Home Based Business", "Maximum Marketing, Minimum Dollars", and "Bookkeeping Made Simple" . It has over 550 career profiles, an interest assessment tool with a skills assessment, access to college and university information, and a personal portfolio tool with a built-in resume builder.
